How Can CoolTone Treatment Help?

CoolTone uses Active Magnetic Pulse (AMP) technology (also called magnetic muscle stimulation or MMS) to stimulate powerful, involuntary muscle contractions that the body couldn’t otherwise do on its own. This innovative treatment is FDA-cleared for the abdomen, glutes, and thighs and can help you tone and sculpt your body.

It mimics the muscle toning you achieve when working out, but the muscle contractions are much stronger, offering more dramatic results. CoolTone sessions typically last 30 minutes, and multiple sessions are usually needed for optimal results.

What to Expect with CoolTone Treatment

To start your CoolTone treatment, your provider will place the applicators on the targeted treatment area. Once the device is on, you’ll experience involuntary muscle contractions. You’ll likely feel a warm or tingling sensation, similar to how you feel when working your muscles at the gym. There will be periods of rest in between the contractions.

Your muscles will likely feel sore after treatment, but you should be able to go back to most of your normal activities.

Each treatment session lasts 30 minutes, and we recommend 4-8 treatment sessions over the course of 2-4 weeks for the best results.

When Will I See Results With CoolTone?

When you see results from CoolTone differ from person to person, but generally, patients start to see improvements after four treatment sessions. Maintenance treatment every few months is recommended, and you’ll want to continue with a healthy diet and exercise routine.
