This male patient underwent body lifting surgery with liposuction to the abdomen, posterior trunk, and anterior/lateral chest wall plus gynecomastia – excision of breast tissue via periareolar incisions.
Weight before surgery was 253 lbs and post-surgery 250 lbs.
