This patient had a previous breast augmentation with saline implants. She had an implant exchange, opting to use Allergan smooth round silicone implants this time as well as downsizing the implant size. The patients saline implants were 380cc and 400cc. Dr. Clark also performed a neopectoral pocket revision.
