Implant removal, mastopexy, with a second stage breast augmentation.
Stage 1: Removal of bilateral submuscular smooth round silicone gel, with vertical incision and IMF wedge.
Stage 2: Re-augmentation with placement of galaflex mesh bilaterally and 325cc implants placed sub-muscularly using an inframammary fold incision.
